Job summary

Outwood Primary Academy Littleworth Grange is seeking a dedicated lunchtime supervisor to oversee the safety and well-being of students during the midday break across the site, including dining hall supervision.

You will model exemplary conduct, support positive behaviour strategies, and assist with keeping dining areas clean and hazards clear, helping with clearing tables and tidying equipment.

Job description

You will be responsible for ensuring the health, safety, and well-being of students during the lunchtime period across the site, including supervision in the dining hall and other designated areas. This involves actively upholding acceptable behaviour standards by modelling outstanding conduct, manners, speech, and appearance at all times.

You will intervene in behavioural issues using positive behaviour management strategies to bring about improvement. Furthermore, you will assist in managing the dining environment, ensuring it is kept clean and clear from slip hazards by helping with tasks like clearing tables and tidying equipment.
