Job summary

Old Fletton Primary School is seeking a friendly and proactive Midday Supervisor to join our lunchtime team. You will help run the dining hall, support children’s wellbeing, and promote safe, positive behaviour during lunchtimes.

You’ll work with a caring team, following school procedures while contributing to a calm, inclusive lunchtime environment for all pupils.

Qualifications

• Must enjoy working with children and be committed to lunchtime safety.
• Warm, caring and able to build positive relationships with pupils.
• Able to follow school procedures and maintain positive behaviour at lunchtimes.

Responsibilities

• Ensure lunchtimes are safe, enjoyable and well organised.
• Support children's behaviour and well-being during lunch.
• Encourage good manners and respect for others.
• Work with the lunchtime team to run the hall smoothly.
• Assist with safeguarding and monitor children's safety during lunchtime.

We are looking for a positive, caring and enthusiastic Midday Supervisor to join our team and help make lunchtimes enjoyable, safe and well organised for all our children.

You will be an important adult presence for our children, helping them to enjoy their lunchtime while ensuring they are safe and well cared for.
