Job summary

Wainwright Primary Academy in Mansfield Woodhouse is seeking a dedicated Midday Supervisor to support pupils aged 3–11 at lunchtimes. The role focuses on safeguarding, health and safety, and maintaining a calm, positive atmosphere so children can eat and play safely.

Ideal candidates will communicate effectively, be fair but firm, and build constructive relationships with pupils and staff. Experience in education is desirable but not essential; full training and a warm, supportive team

The role of the Midday Supervisor is vital in ensuring that the well-being and health and safety of our pupils is maintained at lunchtime.

The successful candidate will need excellent interpersonal skills which will allow you to engage with pupils and other work colleagues.
