Job summary

inploi is seeking a dedicated Midday Supervisor to support pupil wellbeing, health and safety during break and lunchtimes at the Bolton site. You will help manage lunchtime routines and ensure orderly conduct while modelling positive behaviour.

This permanent, term-time position offers 15.75 hours per week (Mon–Fri, 10:20–13:35) with a salary in the SCP 5–6 range. Immediate start and an attractive local benefits package accompany the role.

Job Role

We are looking for a Midday Supervisor to ensure that the well-being, health and safety of our students is maintained at break and lunchtimes. Whilst supervising students coming into the canteen and the school building, you will ensure acceptable standards of behaviour are maintained during the lunchtime and break periods and earn the respect of the students by modelling outstanding behaviour, manners, speech and appearance at all times, whilst forcefully endorsing instructions and making sure procedures are followed.
