Job summary

Gravel Hill Primary School is seeking a motivated Midday Supervisor to support lunchtime activities, supervise pupils, and help maintain a safe, welcoming environment for children during breaks.

The role is fixed term until 31 August 2027, 5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with training provided. Start as soon as possible; advert closes 9am on 8 October 2026; interview 13 October 2026. Please apply promptly.

Salary: £3,331 Actual (£28,617 FTE)

Lunchtimes are a really important part of the day for children at Gravel Hill. Our midday supervisors organise a range of team games and a variety of physical activities to keep children, including those with additional needs, entertained and engaged throughout the lunch period. We are looking for a motivational, enthusiastic, and energetic person to join our team of skilled midday supervisors as soon as possible. Experience is not essential as training will be provided for the right person.

Your responsibilities will include:
