Job summary

Walton High is seeking a Midday Supervisor to join our lunchtime supervision team. The role is part-time, 8.75 hours per week during term time (38 weeks per year), working Mon-Fri from 12:25pm to 2:10pm.

Salary is paid pro rata with a base of £25,614 per annum full-time equivalent and a separate £5,121 per annum actual figure. The successful candidate will be a good communicator, a team player, and confident when engaging with students.

Qualifications

• Good communication with students and staff.
• Ability to work as part of a team in a school environment.
• Confident and proactive when dealing with pupils.

Responsibilities

• Supervise pupils at lunchtimes, ensuring safety and orderly conduct.
• Promote positive behaviour and provide support as needed.
• Assist with setting up and clearing away after lunch, and maintain a clean hall area.

A vacancy has arisen for a motivated and enthusiastic person to join our friendly lunchtime supervisory team as a Midday Supervisor. You will be working 1 hour 45 minutes per day Monday - Friday, term time only. The successful candidate will need to be a good communicator, team player and confident when dealing with our students.
