Job summary

Walton High is seeking a confident and enthusiastic Cover Supervisor to provide lesson and registration cover during short-term teacher absences. You will help maintain high behaviour standards and ensure tasks are completed across classes.

The role is permanent, part-time, 37 hours per week, term-time plus training days (39 weeks per year). Salary ranges from £24,826 to £27,809 per annum actual, with Grade 5 progression and benefits within the 5 Dimensions Trust.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting cover lessons and managing classroom behaviour.
• Good communication and organisational skills.
• An enhanced DBS check is required for all successful applicants.

Cover Supervisor

Salary: Grade 5 £28,608 - 32,046 per annum pro rata, £24,826 - £27,809 per annum actual

37 hours per week, term time plus training days (39 weeks per year)

Mon -Thurs 8.00am - 4.00pm and Friday 8.00am - 3.30pm with a daily half an hour unpaid break

We are seeking to appoint a confident and enthusiastic individual to provide lesson and registration cover to facilitate students’ learning during the short-term absence of teachers. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining high standards of behaviour and ensuring set tasks are completed.
