Qualifications

• Strong organisational skills to manage playground games and interactions with children.
• Basic understanding of child development, safeguarding, health and safety, and first aid.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team; reliable, punctual and flexible.

Responsibilities

• Supervision of children in the playground.
• Encouraging the children to eat their meal in the dining hall.
• Ensuring that hygiene standards are met.
• Working as a team to support a calm, safe environment.
• Assisting with basic first aid if incidents arise.
