Job summary

Latton Green Primary Academy is seeking a Midday Assistant for 5 lunchtimes per week during term time. The role focuses on ensuring the safety and conduct of pupils in both the dining hall and outdoor spaces, while supporting play leaders with games and activities.

The successful candidate will work both independently and as part of a team, promoting positive behaviour and effective communication with children. Start date is ASAP.

Job description

Salary: Scale 2 Pt 2 FTE £25,525 inc fringe Term time only

Actual Salary: £4018.69 - 35.4 working weeks

Working hours: 7.5 hours per week

Start date: ASAP

Latton Green Primary Academy are looking to recruit an enthusiastic, friendly and effective Midday Assistant to join our team. You must be able to work independently and as part of a team. The successful applicant must promote positive behaviour as well as support play leaders by organising and playing games with the children.

The successful candidate will need to ensure the safety and good conduct of pupils in both the dinner hall and outside areas. They should enjoy working with children and have good communication skills.

The post is for 5 lunchtimes per week, term time.
