Job summary

Centrepoint in London is seeking a Stewardship Manager – Mid-value to lead the strategic direction of the Mid-value donor programme. You will own stewardship, cultivation and income‑generation activity, including personalised communications, appeals, events, digital engagement and donor journeys, working with colleagues across Philanthropy, Individual Giving, Legacies and Supporter Care.

Qualifications

• Experience managing mid-/high-value donor stewardship and growth
• Experience in planning and managing fundraising programmes
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
• Experience managing agencies and external suppliers
• Knowledge of fundraising regulation, GDPR and PECR requirements
• Commitment to outstanding supporter experiences and programme improvement

Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of Centrepoint's Mid-value programme, strategy, annual plans and supporter journeys to achieve income and retention targets
• Develop personalised communications with Mid-value donor base
• Monitor programme performance, analyse data and optimise results and supporter experience
• Manage programme budgets, forecasts and agency relationships
• Manage and develop the Stewardship Officer and build a high-performing team
• Collaborate across Philanthropy, Legacies, Individual Giving and Supporter Care to deepen engagement and migrate supporters to higher value giving programmes
