Are you a dynamic trader with leadership skills and a strong background in Property & Casualty? Aviva is looking for a talented Senior Underwriter to join our Southampton Commercial Trading team. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a growing team, working with brokers in Southampton and surrounding. The role is predominantly based in Southampton, one of our key trading locations, and you will benefit from Aviva’s smart working arrangements, offering a blend of home and office working.
A bit about the job:
As a Senior Underwriter, you’ll provide an outstanding service to our customers and brokers. You’ll drive New and/or Existing business and professional relationships, directly contributing to the underwriting profit and loss, trading, and service delivery goals. In addition to this, you’ll also be responsible for mentoring and coaching colleagues within the team and creating tailor-made solutions for our customers. This role could be ideal for you if you’re a dynamic trader with leadership skills, a strong industry-led background, and a track record of winning new business.
