We’re now expanding the engineering team for one of our high-growth SaaS clients building a product that’s transforming how companies hire, onboard, and manage fractional talent. As the platform gains traction, we’re hiring a Full Stack Developer who can take ownership across frontend and backend features and thrive in the fast-moving world of startups.

The Role

This is a hands-on role for a junior to mid-level developer who loves clean code, fast iteration, and working across the stack. You'll collaborate with the CTO and design team to implement new user features, build APIs, and ensure the product is scalable and production-ready.

If you've previously worked on early-stage SaaS products and enjoy the balance between shipping fast and building right, this is your chance to make a real impact.

What You’ll Do

• Build and maintain product features using Next.js, React, and Tailwind CSS
• Design and implement scalable APIs using Python and Django
• Collaborate closely with design and product to bring features to life quickly and with attention to detail
• Write clean, reusable, and tested code (unit and integration tests preferred)
• Participate in daily standups and sprint planning sessions across EST time
• Contribute to infrastructure, deployment, and performance optimization
• Optional: experiment with GenAI features (e.g. OpenAI fine-tuning, embeddings, intelligent workflows)
  
  

Must-Have Experience

• 4+ years of professional software development experience
• Strong experience with Next.js (or React) and Python/Django
• Built or maintained a startup SaaS platform (preferably from MVP to scale)
• Comfortable in a full-stack role with ownership across front and back end
• Able to work 4+ hours overlap with US East Coast time zone
• Fluent English and excellent communication skills
  
  

Nice to Have

• Experience with GenAI tools (e.g. OpenAI API, fine-tuning LLMs, LangChain)
• Familiar with PostgreSQL, Docker, AWS, or Vercel
• Knowledge of authentication, payments, or dashboard/reporting modules
• Previous freelance or contractor experience in a remote startup team
