My client is urgently looking for a Mid-level Brand Designer. The role involves executing designs based on an existing identity, focusing on event assets, as well as designing presentations and brochures.

Key portfolio requirements include:

1. Autonomy in translating complex business solutions into visually appealing and effective branding and communications.
2. Ability to demonstrate a clear end-to-end creative process with measurable outcomes (OKRs/KPIs).
3. Experience in B2B environments, creating narratives from complex problems.
4. Strong creative skills in producing visually compelling assets with attention to detail.
5. Conceptual thinking and understanding of brand strategy, with the ability to bring strategies to life.
6. Proficiency in Figma, Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, Keynote/Google Slides.
7. Knowledge of various design and illustration styles.
8. Strong art direction skills.
