Queen's Crescent School in Chippenham is seeking a caring and reliable Mid-day Supervisory Assistant to supervise pupils at lunchtime, ensuring they are safe and well cared for. You will promote positive behaviour, support play and meals, and help create a welcoming environment.
Training and support will be provided, prior experience is desirable but not essential. The role is part-time, 7.5 hours per week, 38 weeks per year (term time) with a 12:00–13:30 pattern, and starts as soon as possible.

Weare looking for a caring, enthusiastic and reliable Midday SupervisoryAssistant (MDSA) to join our friendly school team. The successful candidatewill help supervise pupils during lunchtime, ensuring they are safe, happy andwell cared for. You will encourage positive behaviour, support pupils duringplay and lunch, and help create a welcoming and inclusive environment. We arelooking for someone who is patient, approachable and enjoys working withchildren as part of a team. Previous experience of working with children isdesirable but not essential, as training and support will be provided.
