Job summary

Queen's Crescent School in Chippenham is seeking an organised Admin and Teacher's Personal Assistant to join our team. You will provide high-quality administrative and organisational support to teachers and school leaders, helping to ensure the smooth running of the school.

Salary: TPA - Salary, B3 - £25,614pro-rata per annum

Actual Salary: AdminAssistant, £3830-£3953 per annum

Actual Salary: TPA - £8413per annum

Co ntract: Permanent, Part-time

Please note: The two roles are interlinkedand are therefore considered as one combined appointment. If the postholderresigns from either role, their resignation will apply to both rolessimultaneously.

Working hours: Admin Assistant:6.5 hoursper week, Monday, working 38 weeks per year (term time, excluding TD days)

Working hours: TPA: 14.5 hours per week, Tuesdayto Thursday, working 38 weeks per year (term time, excluding TD days)

Job summary:

We arelooking for an organised, proactive and reliable Admin and Teacher's PersonalAssistant to join our school team. The successful candidate will providehigh-quality administrative and organisational support to teachers and schoolleaders, helping to ensure the smooth running of the school. Duties willinclude managing correspondence, maintaining records, arranging meetings andproviding day-to-day support to teaching staff. You will need excellentcommunication skills, attention to detail and the ability to manage competingpriorities while maintaining confidentiality. Queen's Crescent Schoolis a two-form entry primary school, based in Chippenham with over 400 pupils onroll across 14 classes. In 2014 the school became a single academy trustand subsequently joined Pickwick Academy Trust in 2017 as one of the four foundingschools.
