Job summary

Colt Technology Services is seeking a Security Architect to lead the security architecture within the Security and Resilience team. You will define target architecture, consult on security for new products, and ensure compliance across networks and platforms.

You will engage with security, risk, and product teams and represent Colt in industry forums. The role emphasizes design, governance and collaboration with multiple Colt technology groups, including vendors and customers, with opportunities

Qualifications

• 3+ years in information security in large-scale enterprise or telecom environments.
• 5 years of cloud security experience with IaaS/PaaS/SaaS and M365 E5.
• Able to translate security jargon into business language.
• Experience conducting risk assessments with a recognized methodology.
• Engineering degree or equivalent ( Networking/CS ).
• Knowledge of SDN and NFV concepts.
• Understanding of network tech and security enablers (firewalls, IDS/IPS, proxies, DMZ, MDM).
• Entry-level UNIX/Windows including Active Directory.
• Strong leadership and collaboration to drive projects.
• Good presenting and interpersonal skills with C-levels and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Design, deliver and maintain end-to-end target security architecture.
• Align architecture with Colt technology landscape.
• Consult on security for new products and compliance projects.
• Ensure networks comply with TSA, DORA, ISO27001 and frameworks.
• Translate research into actionable memos and strategy papers.
• Support strategic initiatives with business units and product teams.
• Represent Colt at industry bodies and work with external vendors.
• Conduct capability mapping across the security domain.
• Ensure Secure by Design across the Colt landscape.
• Assist with Hackathons and security awareness initiatives.
