Job summary

Reply is a leading consultancy helping brands implement Microsoft-centric solutions. We are seeking a Project Manager to lead delivery of Microsoft projects across client portfolios, planning, coordinating and controlling work across multiple streams.

You will own day-to-day project health, champion governance, mentor junior PMs, and seek opportunities to expand our digital workplace practice, with exposure to Microsoft 365, Power Platform and Copilot.

Qualifications

• 3+ years’ experience in a PM or PMO role, ideally in a consultancy or tech environment.
• Excellent organisational and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with Microsoft 365, Power Platform, Copilot or digital workplace projects.
• Familiarity with waterfall and agile; Prince2 / SCRUM a plus.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Project and Planner for delivery tracking.

Responsibilities

• Plan, resource and deliver Microsoft-focused projects across client portfolios.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams with clear roles and priorities.
• Maintain delivery plans, RAID logs, and status reports.
• Manage risks, dependencies and client expectations throughout delivery.
• Collaborate with client stakeholders and internal leads to resolve blockers.
• Support governance activities and senior stakeholder updates.
• Contribute to PMO standards and templates.
• Identify opportunities and mentor junior Project Managers.
