Job summary
Methods Business and Digital Technology is seeking a Senior Microsoft Power Platform and AI Developer. You will own end-to-end solutions, guiding low-code and pro-code patterns, with a strong focus on AI agents, MCP tooling, and secure, observable delivery.
You’ll mentor teams and review designs while shaping resilient, scalable services. Role involves predominantly remote work with travel to client sites and our London-based office, plus offices in other cities.
Qualifications
- Designing and delivering AI-powered, low-code/ pro-code solutions.
Responsibilities
- Lead design, build, test, deployment and support of Power Platform and AI solutions.
- Engineer AI agents and agentic workflows with trusted knowledge and tools.
- Design integrations with MCP servers and develop MCP tools or services.
- Integrate Power Platform/AI with Microsoft 365, SharePoint, and Azure.
- Apply grounding, retrieval-augmented generation and safety controls.
