Job summary

Adecco seeks a Senior Microsoft Platform Engineer (Azure & Microsoft 365) for Wembley on-site. The role focuses on maintaining a hybrid estate spanning on-premises infrastructure, M365, and cloud platforms.

You will own core Microsoft platforms, ensuring availability, security and operational excellence. The candidate should have 5+ years of infra/cloud experience and strong AD/identity management.

Qualifications

• 5+ years' experience within Infrastructure, Microsoft 365, Cloud or Platform Engineering.
• Strong hands-on administration experience across Microsoft 365.
• Expertise in Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, Intune and Entra ID.
• Experience supporting hybrid Microsoft environments.
• Strong Active Directory and identity management experience.
• Experience with Azure cloud services.
• PowerShell Scripting and automation experience.
• Good understanding of networking fundamentals including DNS, VPNs, routing and Firewalls.
• Experience supporting Windows Server environments.
• Knowledge of platform security, monitoring, backup and disaster recovery.
• Excellent troubleshooting and stakeholder communication skills.

We're seeking a Senior Microsoft Platform Engineer to join a growing technology team responsible for maintaining and enhancing a complex hybrid estate spanning on‑premises infrastructure, Microsoft 365 and public cloud platforms.

This is an opportunity to play a key role in cloud transformation, platform automation, identity management and Microsoft 365 optimisation whilst helping shape a secure and scalable technology environment.

What You'll Be Doing

You'll take ownership of core Microsoft platforms and services across both cloud and on‑premises environments, ensuring availability, security and operational excellence.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Administering and optimising Microsoft 365 services including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive and Intune
• Managing identity and access across Active Directory and Entra ID
• Designing and supporting hybrid cloud infrastructure across Azure and on‑premises environments

What We're Looking For

We're looking for an experienced Microsoft platform professional with a strong blend of infrastructure, cloud and M365 expertise.

You’ll ideally have:
