Qualifications

• Experience with licensing governance and cost control practices.
• Ability to analyse licensing utilisation and extract actionable insights.
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365 licensing and cloud services.

Responsibilities

• Monitor Microsoft 365, Azure and Power Platform licence allocation and utilisation.
• Ensure licences are assigned according to Trust policies and requirements.
• Identify inactive or duplicated licences and apply corrective action.
• Manage licence reclamation for leavers, movers and role changes.
• Produce licence utilisation and optimisation reports regularly.
• Recommend cost-saving licence realignments and downgrades.
• Advise on free licensing entitlements where appropriate.
