Job Description:

About the Company:

This is your chance to join a global powerhouse in sport and lifestyle — a company with heritage, attitude, and bold plans to shake up the UK and European markets.

Backed by a major group, the brand is entering a new era: reenergised, youth-focused, and ready to lead in culture-driven sport. The mission? Build deep connections with Gen-Z audiences and own spaces where sport meets style — think HYROX, basketball, and urban fitness — not just football and cricket.

If you are hungry to make an impact and want to help write the next chapter of a global icon, read on.

Why This Role?

You’ll help shape how a legendary brand reconnects with the next generation. You’ll work at the intersection of digital, sport, and culture. And you’ll have the platform — and backing — to do bold things.

The Role:

As CRM Specialist, you will be at the heart of our digital relationship with customers — helping us turn engagement into loyalty and insight into action. You’ll shape the way we communicate with our audience, using Microsoft Dynamics to deliver smart, personalised campaigns that resonate across lifestyle, sport, and culture.

You’ll work cross-functionally with eCommerce, Marketing, Merchandising, and Design teams to bring our seasonal plans to life through the CRM channel — and build journeys that speak directly to the next generation.

Key Responsibilities:

Planning & Forecasting

  • Build annual CRM growth plans tied to database acquisition and revenue goals
  • Forecast monthly performance based on trade plans and CRM performance insights

Monitoring & Reporting

  • Deliver weekly reports on KPIs and monitor daily activity across key campaigns
  • Analyse database health, channel effectiveness, and customer behaviours
  • Run A/B tests to refine customer journeys and boost engagement

Campaign Execution

  • Manage the CRM campaign calendar and align it with product drops, brand moments, and cultural opportunities
  • Work with internal teams to gather campaign inputs (product, merch, site data)
  • Implement and refine customer lifecycle campaigns focused on retention and reactivation

Customer Journey Design

  • Build personalised journeys across email, SMS, and push — using automation and segmentation tools in Microsoft Dynamics
  • Create touchpoints that reflect what our audience cares about — from their training routines to their streetwear picks

Content & Email Marketing

  • Develop high-impact CRM campaigns across channels
  • Collaborate with copywriters and designers to create dynamic, on-brand communications
  • Own newsletter layout and delivery with a test-and-learn mindset

What You’ll Bring:

  • Experience working with CRM platforms (Microsoft Dynamics or similar)
  • Strong analytical skills and comfort with data-driven decisions
  • Hands-on campaign management, ideally in fashion, retail, or consumer lifestyle
  • Understanding of segmentation, personalisation, and lifecycle marketing
  • Creative mindset with a sharp eye for timing, tone, and cultural relevance
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Self-starter energy — ready to work fast, smart, and with purpose
