Job description

Our client is a well-established business with a background in finance and professional services. Their goal is improving their clients' success by excelling in transforming businesses with highly customized Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions, ultimately making operations simpler. One of their primary goals is helping businesses grow, acquire new clients, and expand into new markets and territories.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Selling MS Dynamics 365 into Small to Medium businesses in the UK, mainly focusing on Financial and Professional Services.
• The candidate will get involved after presales and after the solutions have been demonstrated. The role is to fully understand the needs of the customer and develop Dynamics solutions to address these requirements.
• Leading or participating in design and architecture sessions with key business users, gathering and documenting business processes and requirements for the system.
• Perform requirements gathering and Business Process Analysis ("Understand where the pain is").
• Participate in proposal development and presentations to prospective clients.
• Deliver presentations to all levels of management.
• Adapt to different end-user learning styles when training and gathering requirements.
• Create documentation for clients, including presentations and workflows regarding functional and technical requirements.

Requirements:

• Demonstrable experience selling similar solutions; Microsoft Dynamics experience is preferred.
• The candidate must have a broad financial background, either selling CRM solutions into financial institutions or possessing some financial qualification/equivalent experience.
• Our client is not predominantly looking for hard sales professionals; they prefer candidates who can become trusted advisors and consultants.
• Experience in building and maintaining trusted and reliable rapport with clients.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to interact with all levels of employees, including C-level.

This position will be remote; however, frequent travel to London is expected, so the ideal candidate should be based in or near the London metropolitan area.
