Job summary

YO AI Labs in the United Kingdom seeks an experienced Salesforce / HubSpot Administrator to support revenue systems for a customer project. You will audit, optimize, and document CRM and revenue workflows, focusing on data quality and governance.

The role is remote and contract-based, requiring 4–6 years CRM experience and hands-on work with Salesforce, HubSpot, or Dynamics 365, plus billing/CPQ/ticketing integrations. Strong English communication is essential.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years hands-on experience with Salesforce, HubSpot, Dynamics 365 or similar CRM platforms.
• Experience leading CRM implementations, migrations, consolidations, or rollouts.
• Strong knowledge of fields, objects, flows, validation rules, automation, and permissions.
• Experience with at least two revenue or operational systems such as billing, CPQ, ticketing, or integration platforms.
• Working knowledge of SQL, APIs, data models, and cross-system data reconciliation.
• Experience working in SaaS environments.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.

We are seeking experienced Salesforce / HubSpot Administrators – Revenue Systems (SaaS) to support a customer project focused on operational excellence across CRM and revenue systems.

You’ll use your CRM expertise to evaluate real-world SaaS operations, resolve data and process inconsistencies, and help improve how AI systems understand complex business workflows. No prior AI experience is required.
