We’re partnered with a leading international Microsoft consultancy that’s launching a new Microsoft Practice across Europe. Backed by a £5m+ project pipeline and led by respected experts in the Microsoft ecosystem, this is a unique opportunity to join at the ground floor of a high-growth D365 initiative.

We’re hiring D365 Finance Architects to define the blueprint for success—technically, strategically, and culturally.

You’ll go beyond traditional consulting—playing a key role in designing enterprise-scale D365 Finance solutions aligned with business objectives. You’ll lead solution architecture for complex, multi-country implementations, and establish best practices, delivery methodologies, and reusable frameworks to improve delivery quality.

In addition to technical leadership, you’ll mentor consultants and shape the functional capabilities of the practice. Working closely with senior stakeholders across Europe, you’ll drive digital transformation initiatives and ensure alignment between technology and business goals. This role offers a chance to shape the future of a new consulting division.
