We’re partnered with a leading international Microsoft consultancy launching a new Microsoft Practice across Europe. Backed by a £5m+ project pipeline and led by respected Microsoft ecosystem experts, this is a unique opportunity to join at the ground floor of a high-growth D365 initiative.

We’re hiring D365 Finance Architects to define the blueprint for success—technically, strategically, and culturally.

You’ll go beyond traditional consulting—designing enterprise-scale D365 Finance solutions aligned with business objectives. You’ll lead solution architecture across complex, multi-country implementations, define best practices, delivery methodologies, and reusable frameworks to enhance delivery quality.

Beyond technical leadership, you’ll mentor consultants and shape the practice’s functional capabilities. Working closely with senior stakeholders across Europe, you’ll drive digital transformation initiatives and ensure alignment between technology and business goals. This is more than delivery—it’s an opportunity to shape the future of a new consulting division.
