HCL Technologies - Microsoft Business Applications Practice is seeking a Dynamics 365 CRM Solution Architect to join our award-winning and growing team. This individual will collaborate with business analysts and other team members to determine the best design approach regarding the overall solution including system design, data integration and migration.

The Dynamics 365 CRM Solution Architect carries the ultimate responsibility for meeting the customer requirements and completing the project.

Comfortable in all aspects of delivery you should be capable of switching between leading customer facing functional workshops and a group of functional consultants, managing development teams (on and off-shore), and working with project and programme managers to effectively report on progress and risks and issues; to liaising with both internal and customer senior stakeholders – adjusting the approach and language as required for each interaction.

Role Responsibility:

1. Ability to act as a Functional/Technical/Integration Lead and able to demonstrate a clear approach to methodology, standards and best working practices. Leads workshops with customers, documents requirements and designs appropriate solutions.
2. Understand the capabilities of the development team and schedule their work appropriately, providing support and assistance when needed.
3. High-level Architecting Microsoft Dynamics365 / Power Platform solutions and integrations.
4. Create/review Solution, Functional and Technical Specifications documentation.
5. Design, develop, review and test customized code for Dynamics CE Customer Engagement.
6. Stay current on Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement and related technologies, particularly Azure stack and Co-Pilot technologies.
7. Mentor senior staff, sharing knowledge and experience to ensure that the team grows in experience and effectiveness.
8. Advise customers on best practices for CRM processes, user interface, and architecture.
9. Power Platform and related business application functionalities e.g., Canvas Apps, Power Portals, Model Driven Apps (Sales and Service).
10. D365/Power Platform Data Migration.
11. Application Lifecycle Management.

Role Product Knowledge:

1. Setup, configure and deploy Field Service
2. Setup, configure and deploy Sales
3. Setup, configure and deploy D365 Contact Center
4. Customer Insights Data

Desired Skills:

1. Extensive Microsoft platform Software or IT experience, and a solid track record of working within a professional consultancy environment
2. Experience operating as either a technical lead, technical architect or solution architect with Dynamics 365
3. At least 5 end-to-end full life cycle implementations of Dynamics 365
4. Expert knowledge of at least 4 of the following modules, Sales, Service, Marketing, Social Engagement, USD, PSA, Field Service or Portals
5. Knowledge and experience of Enterprise Application Integration and Architecture patterns
6. Knowledge of UML, BPMN and ArchiMate desirable
7. Able to manage or lead multiple large projects (6-24 months) with advanced organizational skills
8. Up-to-date understanding of business processes, issues, and technology especially related to the operation of a sales, marketing, and customer service departments within an organization
9. Ability to balance short-term demands while maintaining the long-term vision needed to guide a customer through the implementation process
10. Advanced use of Microsoft Project, Excel, Word, and Visio
