A leading company in the UK is looking for an experienced Microsoft 365 Technical Consultant to join their team. The consultant will support a deployment project in a complex enterprise environment, with key responsibilities including assessing M365 tenant setups and enabling Viva Engage. Candidates should have hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 and a solid understanding of identity management and compliance.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 in a complex enterprise environment.
• Familiarity with Workplace by Meta migration is a big plus.
• Bonus: Microsoft certifications.

We're looking for an experienced Microsoft 365 Technical Consultant with hands-on experience to support a deployment project in a complex enterprise environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess our M365 tenant and Azure AD setup
• Enable & configure Viva Engage in Native Mode
• Plan community structure, governance, and compliance
• Support technical testing, migration, and documentation

Required Skills and Experience

• Experience with M365 groups, identity management, and compliance
• Familiarity with Workplace by Meta migration is a big plus
• Bonus: PowerShell scripting, Microsoft certifications (EA, ID&A, Teams Admin)
