Job summary

A leading company in Cardiff is seeking an experienced Microsoft 365 Technical Consultant to support a deployment project within a complex enterprise environment. The role involves assessing M365 and Azure AD setups, enabling Viva Engage, and planning compliance structures. Ideal candidates will have significant hands-on experience and familiarity with identity management and compliance requirements.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience as a Microsoft 365 Technical Consultant.
• Familiarity with Workplace by Meta migration is a big plus.
• Microsoft certifications (EA, ID&A, Teams Admin) preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess our M365 tenant and Azure AD setup
• Enable & configure Viva Engage in Native Mode
• Plan community structure, governance, and compliance
• Support technical testing, migration, and documentation

Required Skills and Experience

• Experience with M365 groups, identity management, and compliance
• Familiarity with Workplace by Meta migration is a big plus
• Bonus: PowerShell scripting, Microsoft certifications (EA, ID&A, Teams Admin)
