Job summary

A leading company is seeking an experienced Microsoft 365 Technical Consultant to support a deployment project in a complex enterprise environment. The role involves assessing tenant setups and planning governance structures, requiring strong experience in M365 groups and compliance. Candidates with PowerShell scripting skills and relevant certifications will be preferred.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365.
• Familiarity with Workplace by Meta migration is a big plus.
• Experience with Microsoft certifications preferred.

• Assess our M365 tenant and Azure AD setup
• Enable & configure Viva Engage in Native Mode
• Plan community structure, governance, and compliance
• Support technical testing, migration, and documentation

Required Skills and Experience

• Experience with M365 groups, identity management, and compliance
• Familiarity with Workplace by Meta migration is a big plus
• Bonus: PowerShell scripting, Microsoft certifications (EA, ID&A, Teams Admin)
