Job summary

Jigsaw24 is seeking a Technical Consultant to design and deliver high-quality Microsoft solutions across the Microsoft 365 stack, including Intune, Entra ID, Azure, Defender and Purview. You will lead customer engagements from discovery to handover, acting as a trusted technical advisor and shaping our Microsoft strategy.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience delivering customer-facing Microsoft professional services engagements in technically complex environments.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive, Entra ID, Purview and Windows 365.
• Strong experience with Microsoft Intune including device enrollment, configuration and compliance policies, Windows Autopilot, update management and endpoint security.
• Practical Azure experience including identity integration, governance, networking and deployment or migration of cloud services.
• Strong understanding of Microsoft security capabilities and secure-by-design principles with Defender, Purview, CA, identity protection, endpoint security, data protection and security posture improvement.
• Experience with PowerShell and automation to improve delivery quality and efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Lead customer discovery and technical workshops to understand business and operational requirements.
• Design and deliver Microsoft solutions across Microsoft 365, Intune, Azure, Entra ID, Defender & Purview, on-site or remote as required.
• Produce clear technical documentation including low-level designs, implementation plans, SOWs, migration plans, test plans and handover docs.
• Act as technical lead and primary contact during engagements, updating and managing risks.
• Configure, migrate and optimize customer environments per designs and best practices.
• Provide customer training, knowledge transfer, and handover to customer teams and internal service desk.
