Job summary

Jigsaw24 is seeking a Technical Consultant to design and deliver high‑quality Microsoft solutions across 365, Intune, Entra ID, Defender and Purview. You will act as a trusted technical advisor, leading engagements from discovery to implementation and handover.

The role also shapes our Microsoft technical strategy, develops repeatable services, and collaborates with Sales and Partners. Travel across the UK may be required.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering Microsoft professional services engagements.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive, Entra ID, Purview and Windows 365.
• Strong experience with Intune: enrolment, configuration, compliance, Autopilot, updates and endpoint security.
• Practical Azure experience: identity integration, governance, networking, deployment or migration.
• Strong security capabilities knowledge: Defender, Purview, CA, identity, endpoint security, data protection.
• Windows Server experience: on‑prem & cloud (ADDS & Hybrid).
• PowerShell and automation to improve delivery quality and efficiency.
• Organise and prioritise work, lead technical activity, deliver outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Lead customer discovery and technical workshops to capture requirements.
• Design and deliver Microsoft solutions across 365, Intune, Azure, Entra ID, Defender & Purview on site or remotely.
• Produce technical designs, migration plans, test plans and handover documentation.
• Act as technical lead and primary contact during engagements, manage risks.
• Configure, migrate and optimise customer environments per designs and best practices.
• Provide customer training and knowledge transfer, handover to service desk.
• Collaborate with Sales to scope opportunities and ensure deliverability.
• Contribute to repeatable propositions, reference architectures and collateral on security, Copilot and AI adoption.
• Collaborate with partners and mentor colleagues; maintain certifications.
• Support complex escalations with the Project Management team.
