Job summary

Blackbird Corporate Ltd is seeking a Microsoft 365 and SharePoint Training Consultant to design and deliver engaging training programs across Microsoft 365 apps and SharePoint for clients in the UK and Ireland. The role combines onsite client delivery with home-based and hybrid working, requiring regular travel and a full UK driving license.

You will develop training materials, run face-to-face and virtual sessions, assess training needs, and provide post-training support.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience delivering training programmes.
• Experience designing corporate training programmes.
• Extensive knowledge of Microsoft 365 and SharePoint infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deliver SharePoint and Microsoft 365 training sessions.
• Develop training materials including guides, presentations, and videos.
• Conduct face-to-face and virtual training sessions at client sites.
• Assess training needs and tailor programs to organisational goals.
• Provide post-training support and update FAQs and resources.
• Track effectiveness and report outcomes to management.
• Stay current with SharePoint and Microsoft 365 trends.
