St Richard’s Hospice in Worcester is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead an organisation-wide Microsoft Teams implementation. You will manage governance, adoption and training for Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive and Planner, coordinating IT and suppliers to deliver from planning through to business-as-usual support.

The role requires proven delivery of IT or digital workplace projects within Microsoft 365, strong stakeholder management and change management skills, and the ability to

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering IT or digital workplace projects within Microsoft 365 environments.
• Strong project management skills with end-to-end delivery.
• Experience implementing governance, controls or compliance frameworks.
• Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive and Planner.

Responsabilités

• Lead delivery of the Microsoft Teams governance and standardisation project.
• Coordinate governance requirements with IT and relevant suppliers.
• Drive user adoption and training across the organisation.
• Manage risks, dependencies, scope changes and project reporting.
