Job summary

Barings is seeking a Microsoft 365 Product Owner to lead end-to-end lifecycle for M365, with Copilot as the primary focus. You will shape user experiences across Office apps, Teams, SharePoint and OneDrive in a matrixed environment, guiding cross-functional initiatives and ensuring value realization for users.

The role requires strong stakeholder engagement, agile mindset, and governance focus to balance innovation with compliance and operational stability.

Qualifications

• Experience with M365 administration, configuration, and integration.
• Strong understanding of Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive and Office apps working together as a platform.
• Familiarity with security, compliance, and governance in M365 environments.
• Ability to interpret analytics and usage data to inform product decisions.
• Proven stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience working in matrixed or split-ownership environments.
• Agile mindset with experience in Scrum/Kanban or similar frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Own the product vision and experience for core Microsoft 365 services including Copilot integration.
• Define and maintain usage patterns and guardrails for collaboration and content storage.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives and align stakeholders across multiple teams.
• Develop and maintain a unified product roadmap across Copilot and M365 services.
• Prioritize features based on business value and user feedback; own the product backlog.
• Drive adoption of standard collaboration models and evolve Office apps for AI-enabled work.
