Job summary

St Richard’s Hospice seeks an experienced Project Manager to lead an organisation-wide Microsoft Teams implementation and governance project. You will drive planning, governance, adoption, and transition to BAU, coordinating with IT and external suppliers.

Applicants should have delivered Microsoft 365 governance projects, strong PM skills, and the ability to translate governance into practical processes for organisational change and effective collaboration.

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering IT or digital workplace projects in Microsoft 365 environments.
• Strong project management skills with discovery, planning, implementation, adoption and handover.
• Experience implementing governance, controls or compliance frameworks.
• Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive and Planner.
• Knowledge of Microsoft 365 capabilities and administration.
• Experience developing governance processes, operating procedures and approval workflows.
• Experience leading organisational change, workshops and training.
• Experience working with stakeholders across business and technical teams.
• Ability to translate governance requirements into practical processes.
• Excellent communication, planning and organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of the Microsoft Teams governance and standardisation project.
• Ensure objectives, milestones and success criteria are met.
• Lead governance and adoption arrangements across the organisation.
• Coordinate technical implementation with IT and suppliers.
• Drive change and adoption activities for new ways of working.
