Job summary

NHS Greater Manchester Integrated Care is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead complex data governance, platforms and analytics programmes. You will deliver on time, manage governance reporting, and support the evolving PMO and data governance function.

You will work across Waterfall and Agile environments, engaging across NHS GM and partner organisations, and ensure delivery excellence with strong stakeholder management and governance oversight.

Qualifications

• Educated to degree level or equivalent relevant experience.
• Formal training in programme and project management (e.g., Scrum Master).
• Evidence of recent continuing professional development.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of complex projects across data governance, data platforms and analytics.
• Deliver programmes on time, within scope and aligned to objectives; report to senior forums.
• Strengthen PMO capability, governance, reporting and delivery standards.
• Ensure projects align with UK GDPR, the Data Protection Act 2018 and NHS data governance standards.
• Develop detailed project documentation and manage risks, issues and dependencies.
• Apply Waterfall and Agile approaches; build stakeholder relationships and present in governance forums.
