Job summary

Inforcer Ltd in the UK is seeking a hands-on Microsoft 365 Consultant to help MSP partners maximise value from Microsoft 365 and Inforcer’s 365 Manager. This is a post-sales, customer-facing role requiring deep product knowledge and the ability to teach effectively across workshops, webinars, and 1-to-1 sessions.

You will travel to partner sites in the UK and abroad, stay current with Microsoft 365 changes, and contribute enablement content to help the partner base adopt the product fully.

Qualifications

• Associate-level Microsoft 365 knowledge across Entra ID, Intune, Purview and Defender.
• Proven experience delivering consultative customer engagements.
• Confident presenting to webinars, workshops or engineers.
• Ability to explain technical concepts to mixed-ability audiences.
• Excellent communication, collaboration and problem-solving skills.
• Willing to travel regularly, including internationally.

Responsibilities

• Run one-to-one and group sessions with partners to unblock Microsoft 365 usage.
• Deliver training for MSP engineers and customers.
• Host webinars and build a library of training content.
• Identify recurring issues and create enablement resources.
• Coach customers to adopt 365 Manager across onboarding and usage.
• Attend partner events and represent Inforcer Ltd at client sites.
