This is more than a platform support role. You'll work alongside colleagues across Digital Transformation, Solutions Development and project teams to introduce new capabilities, improve existing services and help the University get the most from its Microsoft 365 investment. Whether you're streamlining processes, improving governance, supporting users or solving technical challenges, you'll have a direct impact on how digital services are delivered across the institution.
We're looking for someone who enjoys combining technical expertise with problem‑solving and great customer service. You'll be proactive, curious and motivated by finding better ways of doing things, helping ensure our digital platforms remain secure, well‑managed and fit for the future.

You'll be someone who takes responsibility for delivering high‑quality outcomes, remains calm and flexible when priorities change, and is motivated by providing excellent service. You will be an effective communicator, able to build strong relationships across the institution, challenge constructively when needed, and identify opportunities for improvement and innovation. Most importantly, you'll share our values of accountability, honesty, respect and continuous development, helping us create a positive and inclusive environment for both colleagues and customers.
Do you think you have what it takes to engage with these stakeholders at all levels in the effective use of one of our core digital platforms?
All of this built on top of demonstratable technical ability in systems and platform administration.
