Qualifications

• Degree in a relevant scientific discipline or equivalent laboratory experience.
• Excellent written and spoken English and attention to detail.
• Experience working in a regulated laboratory environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine microbiological analyses (bioburden, endotoxin, identifications).
• Conduct investigations and report results to quality standards.
• Train and supervise junior team members as required.
• Provide client contact and administrative support for lab management.
• Work across RSSL sites as needed.
