Job summary

Buckinghamshire Healthcare NHS Trust is recruiting a Band 2 Medical Laboratory Assistant for the Microbiology/Serology Department at Stoke Mandeville Hospital. The post is full time (37.5 hours per week) with early and late 8am–8pm rotas and weekend duties.

Prior qualifications are not required, but an interest in science and basic computer skills are desirable. You will rotate across the lab performing basic tasks under Biomedical Scientists, supporting specimen reception, processing and
