Job summary

Taste Hospitality Recruitment Limited is seeking a Chef de Partie for a prestigious 5 Star hotel in Wiltshire, home to a Michelin Star restaurant. You will join an experienced brigade and take responsibility for your section during service.

Work across sections to uphold exacting standards, learn from senior chefs, and develop your culinary skills in a Michelin Star kitchen. Live-in accommodation is provided and long-term career prospects await.

Qualifications

• Chef de Partie with at least 12 months’ experience in a quality professional kitchen or the relevant culinary qualifications.
• You will be passionate about food, take pride in your work and have the attitude and enthusiasm to keep learning.

Responsibilities

• Take responsibility for your own section during service
• Prepare and cook dishes to the exacting standards of a Michelin Star kitchen
• Work across different sections and support the senior chefs
• Ensure food is consistently prepared, cooked and presented to an exceptional standard
• Maintain excellent standards of cleanliness, hygiene and organisation
• Work closely with the wider brigade to ensure smooth and efficient services
• Support more junior members of the team where required
• Contribute to a positive, professional and ambitious kitchen environment
• Take advantage of ongoing training and opportunities to develop your culinary skills
