Job summary

Hyatt Regency London - The Churchill in Marylebone seeks a Groups & Events Manager - MICE to drive the hotel's meetings and group business. You will manage a portfolio of accounts, blend commercial insight with exceptional client service, and work with Sales and Operations to maximise revenue and deliver memorable events.

You will lead enquiries, craft proposals and contracts, oversee bookings and pipeline activity, and promote Hyatt's values across trade shows and client meetings focused on

Responsibilities

• Manage and convert group and event enquiries, delivering outstanding service throughout the sales process.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to encourage repeat and referral business.
• Prepare proposals, contracts and event documentation, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
• Oversee bookings, reporting and pipeline activity using Envision and other relevant systems.
• Monitor conversion performance, enquiry response times and sales activity to maximise results.
• Support forecasting, budgeting and commercial planning activities.
• Partner with operational teams to ensure a smooth transition from sales to event delivery.
• Maintain accurate records and reporting while identifying opportunities to increase business levels.
• Represent Hyatt Regency London - The Churchill at trade shows, industry events, sales missions and networking functions focused on MICE markets.
• Conduct regular sales calls, client meetings and presentations, both virtually and in person.
• Promote Hyatt's values and service culture, creating a positive and collaborative team environment.
