Job summary

GXO is seeking a Senior Network Analyst for our M&S site in Bradford to deliver accurate, timely reporting and shape data solutions across a large logistics network. The role focuses on Power BI reporting suites, dashboards, and analytics to drive operational performance.

You will collaborate with operational, project, and senior stakeholders to improve processes, design data infrastructure, and support adoption of new tools.

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering Management Information and data visualisation solutions, ideally using Power BI.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex datasets and provide meaningful recommendations.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the confidence to present findings to senior leaders.
• Experience leading or supporting Continuous Improvement projects and driving positive business change.
• Ability to prioritise workloads, manage competing deadlines, and perform effectively in a fast-paced operational environment.
• Strong collaborative approach with the ability to work independently while building effective relationships across multiple teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and implementation of Power BI reporting suites, dashboards, and custom analytical applications
• Design, maintain, and enhance data infrastructure and reporting solutions that provide accurate and actionable insights
• Drive Continuous Improvement initiatives, identifying opportunities to improve reporting methodologies, processes, and efficiency
• Partner with stakeholders across the GXO network to support the adoption of new tools, technologies, and reporting capabilities
• Produce and analyse management information, KPIs, productivity metrics, capacity planning data, and operational performance reports
• Provide expert data support across site and network-wide projects, ensuring reporting accuracy, consistency, and quality standards are maintained
