Iron Mountain is seeking a dedicated Material Handling Equipment Training Manager to lead training across all MHE types and uphold safety and compliance at our site. You will develop and deliver comprehensive courses, assess operator competency, and manage training records to ensure auditable standards.

The role focuses on driving a culture of safety, efficiency, and continuous improvement within a busy warehouse environment in the United Kingdom.

Qualificações

• Proven experience delivering MHE training in a fast-paced warehouse/logistics environment.
• Strong knowledge of HASAWA, PUWER, LOLER and related risk assessments.
• Current RTITB or ITSSAR Instructor/Assessor accreditation.
• Excellent communication and coaching skills with diverse teams.

Responsabilidades

• Design and deliver initial, refresher, and conversion MHE courses (counterbalance, reach truck, PPTs, order pickers).
• Authorize operators with competency evaluations and issue licenses per site rules.
• Maintain audit-ready training matrices and schedule timely refresher training per RTITB/ITSSAR, PUWER and LOLER.
• Lead safety initiatives by investigating incidents and providing targeted retraining.
• Collaborate with Shift Leaders and Operations Manager to close skills gaps.
