Job summary

Monnoyeur in Hinckley, UK is recruiting an MHE instructor to deliver driver training for internal and external candidates in line with health and safety standards. You will help maximise training throughput while maintaining high quality and meeting customer expectations.

The role requires extensive MHE knowledge, RTITB/AITT training certification, strong communication, and the ability to work independently with flexibility on hours and training locations.

Qualifications

• Extensive MHE knowledge and experience.
• Trained to RTITB or AITT standard.
• Strong communication at all levels.

• Flexibility on hours and training locations.

Responsibilities

• Deliver MHE driver training on site in Hinckley or at customer premises.
• Manage a Weekly/ Monthly/ Annual training diary to maximise training and income.
• Keep instructor driving licence categories up to date.
• Be flexible with working hours to meet customer requirements.
• Complete registrations within agreed timescales and pre-book equipment.
• Keep Training administrator updated with training carried out.
• Ensure compliance with Health & Safety policies and procedures.
