Job summary

ASL is seeking an enthusiastic Trainer / Assessor to deliver excellent online and classroom training at prestigious training centres. Salary circa £40k+ with excellent benefits and CPD opportunities.

The ideal candidate will hold NVQ assessor or RTITB qualifications, with experience in MHE/FLT training, strong presentation skills, and a full UK driving licence. Training will be delivered at client sites and the company’s training centre, offering professional development.

Qualifications

• NVQ assessor or RTITB qualifications required.
• Experience as MHE/FLT trainer or similar.
• Strong classroom and practical training experience.
• Proven ability to develop and deliver engaging training.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Full UK driving licence and own car.

Responsibilities

• Deliver onsite practical training and theory in the training facility and offsite.
• Instruct and supervise safe operation of plant machinery to learners and clients.
• Coordinate examinations, assessments, bookings and record testing.
• Develop engaging lesson plans.
