Job summary

ASL in the United Kingdom seeks an enthusiastic Trainer/Assessor to deliver excellent training at prestigious centres and client sites. The role offers circa £40k+ DOE with benefits, pension, healthcare and ongoing CPD opportunities.

You will train engineers and learners in construction plant equipment and MHE, with strong presentation and motivational skills, using IT tools and engaging teaching techniques. A full UK driving licence is required for site travel.

Qualifications

• NVQ/RTITB/LEEA style assessor qualifications or equivalent recognised training qualifications.
• Experience as a trainer/assessor in MHE, plant equipment or construction-related training.
• Strong theoretical and practical training delivery and lesson design.
• Excellent communication, IT and presenter skills with engineers and learners.

Responsibilities

• Deliver onsite practical training and theory in the training facility and at client sites.
• Instruct and supervise safe operation of plant machinery and equipment for learners.
• Conduct course examinations, assessments and maintain testing records.
• Develop engaging lesson plans and continually improve training delivery.
