Job&Talent is recruiting for a Warehouse MHE Operative to work with Unipart JCB, ST14 5JP a leading company known for its logistics and supply chain management.

Unipart JCB provides comprehensive services including warehousing, distribution and transportation solutions. This role offers full-time temporary work with evening shifts 18:00–04:15, paid overtime after 39 hours, and benefits.

Qualifications

• Previous experience operating Counterbalance/Forklift preferred.
• Ability to work safely and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• This role requires working outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Good stamina as heavy lifting is involved.

Responsibilities

• Safely unload incoming materials and product
• Off-load trailers, HGV deliveries, and inbound goods
• General warehouse duties
• Move pallets, components, and materials to designated storage or production areas
• Handling oversized components
• Work as part of a busy yard operation with frequent HGV, vehicle and pedestrian movement
• Picking and packing materials for the constantly moving production
• Maintain clear communication with team members and supervisors
• Adhere to site procedures and guidelines
