Lineage Logistics is seeking an MHE Instructor - Floor Trainer at our Belle Eau Park depot in Bilsthorpe, Nottinghamshire. The role supports our operational training and compliance team, with a 37.5-hour week and a 16.20 hourly rate.

Shift pattern is flexible within a 24/7 operation to cover Monday–Friday days. You will deliver Health & Safety, Food Safety, Safe Systems of Work, Manual Handling, and MHE training, monitor on-the-floor performance, and help drive a safety-first culture across UK

Competenze

• Experience delivering workplace training in a logistics or warehousing environment.
• Knowledge of HS, FS and SSOW training requirements.
• Experience with LMS and recording training activities.
• Ability to engage and mentor learners at all levels.

Mansioni

• Support Training Coordinator to deliver required training aligned with standards.
• Deliver sessions on HS, FS, SSOW, Manual Handling, and MHE.
• Monitor on-the-floor performance and coach to promote safety.
• Review and update HS procedures to maintain compliance.
• Maintain site training matrix and records.
• Assist investigations from training perspective to identify root causes and corrective actions.
• Support management with roll-out of new training initiatives.
