Lineage is seeking a MHE Instructor - Floor Trainer at our Belle Eau Park depot in Bilsthorpe, Nottinghamshire. The role involves delivering targeted training in HS, FS, SSOW, Manual Handling and MHE, and maintaining training records to ensure regulatory compliance.

You will support the Training Coordinator, monitor on-the-floor performance, and drive a safety-first culture while coordinating with multiple UK sites as needed. 24/7 operations require shift flexibility.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering workplace training in a logistics or warehousing environment.
